order has incorrect delivery information. If the delivery address in the
confirmation email for the order is incorrect, please call us immediately on 01493 748924.
Unless you have requested a next day delivery, we aim to despatch all goods from our warehouse within 48 hours of the
receipt of the order. Occasionally at exceptionally busy times this may take a little longer. You will be notified by email
if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than our stated time. The timed cut off period for ‘Next Working Day
Delivery’ is 12 noon Monday to Friday, ‘Working Day’ for this purpose is defined as Monday to Friday inclusive.

Our Delivery Methods
Broadland Country Sports is pleased to work in partnership with both Interparcel and the Royal Mail. Please note that
for all deliveries, a signature may be required on receipt. If no-one isavailable at your delivery address at the time the
item is being delivered, a courier or Royal Mail card will be left giving you appropriate contact details for your local
depot so you can rearrange delivery. If you are not entirely happy with the delivery received and the items received
fail to match the items listed on your delivery invoice or despatch email, you MUST contact Broadland Country
Additional Delivery Information
If you have not received your delivery within the timescale of 2 – 5 Working Days from despatch then you should
contact us immediately so we can investigate this further. If orders are not received within the approximate
delivery times from the point of despatch, customers should once again contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Every effort will be made to track shipments and replacements will be issued
after a reasonable lapse of time, anything outside of this may not be accepted.
Change or Cancel an Order
Until your order has entered the despatch process, you may cancel or change your order without additional charge.
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please telephone our team on 01493 748924
9:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday, 9:30am-4pm Saturday. Closed - Sunday.
Once your item has entered the despatch process or has been delivered to your address, you may still return your order
for a refund or change your order for another item. This must be within a 14 day period from receipt of your item.
If you require a refund, This will include a refund of the price you paid for the item only (will NOT include the delivery charge).
If you would like to change your item an additional delivery cost will be applicable.
Returning your item
You can post the return item back to us using a postal/courier service of your choice.
You are responsible for the cost of returning an item for refund or exchange unless your item is faulty.
Where possible, we recommend that you obtain a proof of posting.
All Clearance Items are not returnable unless faulty.
Please note that Broadland Country Sports cannot be responsible for any posted items until they arrive at our returns address.
If you wish to return an item please write the reason for the return and indicate if you require a exchange
(include details of new product requirements) or a refund on the document you received with your original shipment,
include this in your parcel and post it to:
